Before clicking submit:
Please refer to the Rules page for the rules and Q&A related to the competition; any submission that violates any rule will result in disqualification of the photo entry. We do not offer a mail-in form unfortunately since this is an online competition. If you want to enter a photo but it's not in digital format, you will need to somehow get a digital scan of that photo to submit it to this competition. Please go ahead and use a scanner to digitize the photograph and save it on your computer. Then, make sure it's been scanned and turned into an acceptable file format in order to submit it on this form.
Instructions:
Please fill out the form below according to these steps:
1. Write your full name in the "Full Name" text box, this is very important for verification purposes.
2. Provide a functional and working email address in the "Email" textbox.
3. Select which category you chose to photograph.
4. The "Not a robot" checkbox in order to verify that you are a human.
5. Upload your photo; PDF, .jpeg, .jpg, and .png formats are allowed.
6. Finally, you may enter additional info you would like to mention in the message box below.
7. You may submit the form after completing all the steps above.
